Chocolate Protein Dip

Chocolate Protein Powder Dip

This is a recipe that everyone will make a bit differently..It will depend on how strong that you like the chocolate taste and how thick that you like your dips..

Place one scoop of Protein Powder Meal Replacement in a bowl..Next add 2 teaspoons of cocoa, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla and 1.5 tablespoons of almond milk..Stir  together until  it  is smooth..if it is to thin add a bit more Protein Powder and if it is to thick add more Almond Milk..

Serve with whatever fruit that you like..my favourite fruit with this dip are strawberries.

Itty Bitty Pancakes

These pancakes only have three ingredients but have a full flavour..

Place a banana  in a bowl and crush it with a fork..Next add an egg and combine well..For a thicker consistency,  I also add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder..

Spritz your skillet with a few drops of olive oil and heat up the pan..Drop the batter into the skillet in small circles , about 1or 2 Tablespoons each,  cook until brown and then flip pancake and then brown the other side..When the pancakes are itty bitty, they will maintain their shape much better.

Serve with Agave Syrup or whatever Fruit that you have on hand.

Baked Wrap “Chips”

These are so very simple to make and have that crunch that we all enjoy.

Take a wrap and cut it in 8 sections..Spritz with olive oil  and place on a cookie sheet..

Put in a  preheated 425 degree oven for 5 minutes and then flip the chips over and bake another 5 minutes.  Remove from oven and sprinkle with a bit of sea salt..

Serve with Salsa or Hummus..   img_9430
